✨ Biscoff custard donut 4/10

This donut was nice but unfortunately wasn't as good as it looks.
My favourite part was the chocolate covered biscoff biscuit on the top.
It looks amazing but the filling was lacking. The cream wasn't exciting and there was hardly any biscoff custard. The filling to dough ratio was minimal sadly.
Definitely didn't pack a punch of flavour.

I've gone back for multiples of the #dotm in the past but I won't for this one.
I think the presentation – which is spectacular btw – set the bar high and the actual filling and taste didn't quite meet the mark this time.
Nevermind, bring on October's dotm! 💪
